1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of Sologang (the "Service"), owned by Alfredo E. Omaña Martin (brand "Sologang"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Sologang lets you configure a set of executive roles that assist you in decision-making and prepare actions in tools you connect yourself (for example, GitHub or Slack). You stay in control at all times: no action is executed in your tools without your explicit authorization.

3. Your own keys (BYOK)

The Service works on a "bring your own key" model: you provide and control your API keys. The usage and costs arising from using them with your provider are your responsibility. Keys are encrypted on your device before persistent storage. When a key is validated or used for an AI request, it is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS through a Sologang server-side route to the provider you selected. Sologang does not persist the plaintext key in its database.

4. Session and account

You can start using the Service with an automatically created anonymous session and without providing an email address. You may later link an email address to preserve or recover your account. You are responsible for the security of your access and connected provider accounts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities, activities that infringe third-party rights, or that generate harmful content or actions. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Plans and payments

The public plans currently offered are RECON, which is free, and COMMAND, which is $19/month or $179/year for new subscriptions. Courtesy includes the initial diagnosis, full roadmap and first mission funded by Sologang, subject to availability and usage limits. To continue, you provide your own Ai key (BYOK); model usage is billed separately by your selected provider. Legacy or non-public tiers may remain active for existing subscribers but are not offered to new users unless they are shown in the current pricing interface.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the price agreed for the corresponding period until cancelled. Existing subscriptions retain their current tariff while they remain subscribed; the new prices apply to new subscriptions. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Sologang also offers a 7-day refund on paid plans. Refunds do not cover AI usage costs billed directly by your own provider under BYOK.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The information and proposals generated are decision support and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, tax or investment). The decisions you make and the actions you authorize are your sole responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may modify or discontinue features.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes will be published on the site with their update date. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the Terms in force.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the rights granted by the consumer protection rules of their EU country of residence are respected.
